Barre and Core

Pilates and Barre develop much of what our bodies need — strength, flexibility, balance and posture — with a low chance of injury. The class emphasizes correct form instead of going for the burn. With so many exercise variations, you will have a hard time getting bored!

Pilates Mat - Mon 6pm, Thurs 8am, Thurs 9.15am

Barre and Core - Wed 5pm.
