Pilates develops much of what our bodies need — strength, flexibility, balance and posture — with a low chance of injury. The class emphasizes correct form instead of going for the burn. With so many exercise variations, you will have a hard time getting bored with Pilates.
Pilates Mat - Mon 6pm, Thurs 8am, Thurs 9.15am
Pilates Swiss Ball - Mon 8am
Core and More - Wed 5pm. Improve your core strength and increase your balance and control with various props, incl foam rollers, Swiss balls, small balls and light weights.
