Pilates develops much of what our bodies need — strength, flexibility, balance and posture — with a low chance of injury. The class emphasizes correct form instead of going for the burn. With so many exercise variations, you will have a hard time getting bored with Pilates.

Everyone's level is catered for at mSwing. You'll work at your own intensity, the moves are adaptable and you'll enjoy a well balanced workout. Improve your muscle strength, elasticity and joint mobility. Very safe on your bones and joints.
Followed by Tai Chi to wind down.
