Burn some calories and build strength in a workout class
This group training class includes a warm up, followed by strength and resistance training with weights, some cardio activity and stretching to finish. You'll laugh, you'll sweat, you'll work hard and in no time you'll be finished and feeling ready to face the world.

Your Fab Classes
Everyone's level is catered for at mSwing. You'll work at your own intensity, the moves are adaptable and you'll enjoy a well balanced workout. Improve your muscle strength, elasticity and joint mobility. Very safe on your bones and joints.
Followed by Tai Chi to wind down.
