I focus on helping people with a desire to be more active but who may be intimidated by gyms. At my studio we run a variety of fitness programs with small classes to suit all needs. You will feel more energetic while having fun at the same time!

I became a fitness instructor so I could help people become more confident in their body, physically, mentally and emotionally.

Pilates will help your body become more flexible and toned as well as improving your core strength. You will feel more in control of your body in a few weeks.

Zumba and Zumba Gold classes work your body and your brain and give you a great workout, while having fun with dance fitness. The only prerequisite for these classes is to bring along a sense of humour.

Fit for Life is fantastic for those wishing to increase their bone mass and balance and Be Fit Be Strong is a great all over work-out.

In 2010 I lost over 15 kg of weight with a focus on healthy eating and exercise. Since then I have kept the weight off and changed my body composition. I want to train people my age and older to be fit, healthy, and strong going forward in life.

Fitness is really important to me and I love encouraging others to achieve their fitness goals. I currently teach Be Fit Be Strong and provide Personal Training for those who prefer individual instruction.

I have been practicing yoga for almost 20 years. I first came to yoga through my passion for natural therapies and healthy living.

I love and respect how an ancient system has such a powerful effect on our mind, body and spirit .

I teach and practice Hatha,  Vinyasa and Yin yoga. My classes include asana (posture),  pranyama (breathing),  and meditation.  My aim is to support students of all levels through a balanced but challenging class, leaving them revitalised and at peace.

My passion for the world of health and fitness started when I was 15 and my father was diagnosed with diabetes. We all had to change our diet. I enjoy working-out and try to keep my diet as healthy as possible. With my experience and qualifications, I'll enjoy showing you that fitness will bring improvements in many areas of your daily life.

Today I am very happy to be part of the Fabfun team and helping you to achieve a better quality of life.

My goal is to nurture students to get physically and emotionally stronger and connect with their body through the breath, to bring inner peace and grounding into their lives.

I truely believe that yoga has the perfect balance between strength and length. It allows our body and mind to get stronger and flexible while experiencing the deeper benefits of linking the breath to our movement.

Connecting to our breath is a beautiful way to help our body find balance, regulate our endocrine system and calm our nervous system.

My classes always incorporate Pranayama (Breathing), sun salutations flowing into different shapes (Asanas) and finish with stretching yin postures before the final sound bathed Savasana.

I have been teaching fitness classes since 2010. I was a late bloomer in the fitness industry, having previously been an avid participant in classes and being motivated to become qualified by my instructor.  Being active and helping others do the same is what I love. My philosophy is to bring fun and enjoyment to physical activity so that people want to keep coming back, and then they start to see the benefits of regular workouts.

My background is in dance, so don't be surprised to see me bopping around in the studio when I hear a good song playing!  I look forward to working out with you.

I enjoy choreographing fitness classes to adapt to your individual needs.  I have a strong passion for dancing and have been dancing since I could walk. Dad taught me moves at home - he was Mr Qld in '88 and Mr Brisbane in '96, so I have grown up with a background knowledge of the fitness industry.

I joined a gym at 18 after I was told by a physio that my back pain was due to weakness, so I was encouraged to work out. I love to train others and in particular, help people who have postural problems and weakness like I used to have.  I enjoy what I do so much that I have now attained a Bachelor of Physiotherapy.

I can help you work towards becoming a fitter and healthier version of yourself. It's important to take into consideration your current posture as prevention of an injury is ALWAYS better than rehabilitation of an injury.
